So here it is, another blog - joining some 71 million others already in existence. What makes this one any different, why should you spend your time here?

The purpose of this forum is to discuss important issues of policy and economy as they relate to life in real terms. Hopefully we can avoid partisan talking points - Hopefully we can challenge each other and grow - Hopefully we can engage in a meaningful and democratic dialogue.

However, none of this going to happen without you - that is as a reader, writer and participant. Thanks for stopping by…
