That's about 7.50 an hour.... So I worked a second job in town and I lived in a tent for a few months, just to get by with my student loans and everything. After the election they gave everyone a raise (I think it was 18K - can't remember). Shortly after that I got my six month raise. More importantly though, I always felt that it was worth it. The ideals of the org are worth it and Montana is the most beautiful place I have ever lived. My advice is to at least try it out, it's a wonderful experience.
